Once booking is made, it can not be cancelled by the user for any reason whatsoever. The booking will be cancelled only if the requested star doesn’t confirm the booking or reach the venue for some unavoidable circumstances.

In case of such cancellation, entire mount paid by the user will be refunded to the user within 7 working days.
